We all in this together. For the next 3 weeks we offer free labour on electrical emergency services for the NHS staff including no power, fusebox tripping or no lighting. Subject to availability

      As per government advise we must now only attend emergency appointments and only essential work will be carried out.

      Today on BBC Breakfast Michael Gove, Minister for the Cabinet Office, addresses essential working for the construction industry:

      “At present, installers have been instructed that they must now only attend emergency appointments which allow people to stay safe in their homes, however if you have a none essential job booked in, this should not be undertaken. Construction sites will stay open but social distancing should be adhered to at all times”.

      During the next three weeks, only “Essential” work should be undertaken. Therefore, unless you are required to:

      • Attend or are requested to respond to an emergency call out;
      • or make safe a current project in which you are involved

      You must take precautions to protect yourselves, your clients and the public with whom you may come in contact before attending and when attending and consider;

      • That the nature of the work is “essential”
      • Government advice on how to protect yourself and others,and implementing social distancing before leaving the home to carry out essential works. Read more here
